John Hutcheson, having started Hutcheson Partnership 12 years ago, has now appointed a former associate in the practice, Gerry Irvine, as a partner to form Hutcheson Irvine Partnership.

 

The firm has built its reputation on a wide variety of work from small domestic to multi-million pound commercial developments.  Our most visible building in Belfast is the Lagan riverside apartment development beside Maysfield Leisure Centre and currently we have a nine storey office/apartment building with a feature atrium under construction in Alfred Street.

 

Based in Bangor, we have worked all over the province as well as in the south of Ireland, England and Scotland on projects such as leisure facilities, churches, Pizza Hut fit-outs, shops, offices and residential developments.

 

Active in local sailing, we are especially pleased to be working for the RNLI with new and improved lifeboat stations already in place for Bangor (see photo left) and Donaghadee and proposals for Portaferry on the drawing board.

 

The expansion of the partnership management structure and the proven skills and abilities Gerry Irvine brings, will aid the ongoing growth and improvement in the service we can provide for our clients.
