Extensive use was made of traditional detailing and decorative brickwork features in the design. This sympathetic approach to its surroundings added to its acceptance by the Planning Department.

This is a development of 10 apartments designed to look like one large house, and be in keeping with its neighbours in the Malone area of Belfast.
