The curved bays in this design were as a reaction to the shape of the site and the location of the sun in that they scoop sunlight deep into the plan, while at the same time creating privacy for each balcony from its neighbour.

In conjunction with our client we won the opportunity to develop this site through a competition organised by Laganside Corporation.

We were pleased the result was given pride of place on the front cover of the RSUA magazine Perspective.
